Maintenance hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 4:30 pm
When you have issues in your apartment needing attention, such as appliances or lights that are not working, leaks, plugged drains, or anything requiring repair work, PLEASE call the Housing Authority of Maysville Maintenance Department at (606) 564-4661.
If no one is available to take your call, you may have to leave a message on the answering machine, which is checked regularly throughout the day. A work order will then be generated, and prioritized by nature of work/repairs needed. A member of the maintenance staff will fix your issue as soon as possible.
If no one answers, and your issue needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION (there is danger of harm to persons or property), you may call the office at (606) 564-4409, and we will contact the maintenance.
If your issue is an AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY, (danger of harm to persons or property) call (606) 584-0226. (evenings, weekends, holidays)
